Your First Appointment:
Initial Exam and Cleaning
Your first appointment generally consists of a complete dental cleaning, x-rays (if needed) and a dental health exam. Then you and Dr. Nordberg will build a treatment plan based on your own dental concerns and health.
Insurance
Be sure to bring any insurance information, card or policy booklet along with you to your first appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
As a courtesy, we call and confirm your appointment with you. However, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to meet this cancellation policy may result in a failed appointment fee.
